2 Letter of intent
If the immovable property is purchased during the process of construction of the building, we will enter into a Letter of Intent with you, according to which a security deposit in the amount of 10% of the transaction amount will be required.
3 Purchase Contract
We will sign the Purchase Contract after putting the building into service and drawing up the respective property.
After the signing of the Purchase Contract, the remaining 90% of the transaction amount will be paid if a Letter of Intent was entered into beforehand, or the full purchase price, if you already chose the property after putting the building into service and no Letter of Intent was entered into.
